I love this salon, the environment is super clean and laid back. I’ve been getting my hair by Lilly for a while now, she’s the best hairstylist I’ve had and will continue having! She’s super professional and very kind. She’s very knowledgeable about the hair industry, whether it’s color, cuts or product knowledge. Anything! Thanks for always making me look awesome Lilly! <3
ive been getting my hair done with lily for over a year now and she is absolutely phenomenal an absolute miracle worker, shes kind, quick , and communicative i always have a good time in the salon and all her coworker are so kind, we love lily brown around these parts!!!
this salon is awesome lilly is one of the best hairstylists ive gone to and the only one ive been willing to book with multiple times in years!! the environment there is very friendly and i even have fun whenever i get my hair done. they offer drinks when you get there and lilly always makes me feel welcome there and always makes my hair look awesome before i leave!! one of the best salons ive been too and i absolutely reccomend coming to this salon if you want an awesome hairstylist!
I booked an appointment a month ago with Lily. I worked hard to make it happen and was so excited. I drove 45 minutes there and trying to find parking. Came in for my appointment and was told she wasn't there yet. They asked if I wanted a drink I said no I'm okay and took a seat. Then, I checked my phone and saw a text that I missed while I was driving there. She wasn't coming because of a medical reason okay cool. I told the receptionist she wasn't coming with a sad face. I scheduled an appointment 2 months ago and drove an hour today to come get my hair done but the stylist forgot to put my appointment in and asked me to reschedule for several weeks to a month from now. I’m frustrated at the lack of professionalism and care for their customers time. I am hoping the rescheduled appointment goes better and will update my review if so.
