Working Phil was seamlessly easy. He is a great communicator and is always keeping you in the loop. He makes the stress of selling/buying a house minimal. When showing houses, he will not sugar coat or you fill you a line to complete a deal. At the sane time, he will be honest with you when he feels strongly about something, which I appreciated.

I highly recommend Phillip. He made our relocation to Rochester so smooth. He is knowledgeable about potential pitfalls in a home and guided us expertly. We really put him through the ringer, seeing so many homes in the short time we had in town. He blocked out the whole two days for us and showed us so many homes, not only in Rochester but several surrounding communities. He is the best!
