Phillip is easy to work with and helps plan out for the future not just finding a house but the house. He listened to our wants and needs and was happy to look through many houses until we found the one. Great guy and if we need a realtor in the future we would go back to him.

Working Phil was seamlessly easy. He is a great communicator and is always keeping you in the loop. He makes the stress of selling/buying a house minimal. When showing houses, he will not sugar coat or you fill you a line to complete a deal. At the sane time, he will be honest with you when he feels strongly about something, which I appreciated.
