The meaning of SLUMLORD is a landlord who receives unusually large profits from substandard, poorly maintained properties.
Stay away from this company. I rented from them from 12/2018 to 11/2019 and when I left the property it was cleaner than when I received the house. I left the information where they should send the security deposit. They ended up sending the security deposit to the wrong address and when they finally got the check back they just put it in another envelope and sent it this time to my new address. I opened the envelope and it had taken so long to get the check that it was no longer a valid check. I ended up contacting the BBB ... read more
