Dr Tate was very kind, the report was done in timely manner. I was able to get my disability on my first try without an attorney and I believe it had a lot to do with this office helping me because of their through testing and report. I will definitely have my follow Neuro-Psych eval done here. Dr Tate could understand and relate to my health and mental health struggles because he had faced a life threatening illness in the past. NOT A RELIABLE OFFICE AT ALL! COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!! REPORTS NOT FINISHED WHEN TOLD THEY WOULD BE DONE. SO HAD TO RESCHEDULE NEUROLOGY APPOINTMENT TWICE DO TO THEIR POOR COMMUNICATION. IF I COULD POST ZERO STARS I WOULD.
