Dr. Rhoads is an exceptional, knowledgeable, skillful, compassionate and genuinely kind doctor. The kind of care our family receives doing direct primary care is such a different experience than being a patient in a big insurance based group practice where it is nearly impossible to see your actual doctor. The experience of being passed around in a big group practice, and not having someone who was able to be really devoted to our family’s care, is what caused us to look for other options.
