What stood out for me first was the friendliness of the reception staff, the Covid safety protocols, and the short wait time. The healthcare professionals that cared for me were friendly, informative, and comforting. I felt well informed of the what I was to do before, during & after my procedures. I felt safe; I felt heard, and I felt I was in good hands.
