In mid-August, 2024, Dr Nigro replaced my hip. I don't think this could have gone any better. I am about 11 weeks out from my surgery. At no time have I had the type of pain to keep me up at night (I stopped taking the pain medication after a couple of days, as I did not need it). I was wheeled into the surgery suite at noon, while still on the gurney the Anesthesiologist gave me something that stung a little. Would not recommend! My husband had a broken arm that wasn't healing and he continued to tell him it was healing nicely and started him on work conditioning. This made his arm worse. We ended up seeking a second opinion. The second Dr said he needed surgery to fix the bone bc of the separation. A river could have ran through the separation. He ended up needing a plate to hold it together to heal.
Attentive and does beautiful work and follow up!
