My wife used Phil to prepare a trust and medical directives for her mother and father. Phil was attentive patient and diligent. He was easy to communicate with and was quick to attend to their specific needs. My in-laws ended up referring him to other members of our family who were equally satisfied with his work. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN !!!!! Ripped off my grandparents by adding paperwork that wasn’t agreed on!! Charges that are added that weren’t included very rude and unprofessional and never answers phone calls!!

This man is a unscrupulous thief when it comes to dealing with my inheritance money. The accounting was wrong. He charged me $5000 to divide the proceeds of the house in equal shares to the heirs. Escrow still had $30,000 which was to be the last of it. I was told he was semi retiring so I wanted to close the account off. Phil then attempted to get me to pay him another $3000 for which he has not performed any other work. I provided copies of the bank statements which show no accounting done on his part.
