Excellent care ! So much better than any other podiatrist I have ever seen.
Dr Calaj was so down to earth and caring. I really liked him. However his appointment scheduler is terrible. You can't get her to call back and she acts like you are annoying her when calls you back days later. Patient appointment scheduler has NO sense of urgency for suffering patients.
First thing I asked if he were out of college yet, lol! Such a wonderful experience talking with him and inquiring about his credentials etc. By his explanation alone after seeing two other foot surgeons gave me the confidence to hire him. To top it off, he has trained under Dr Christopher Reeves a highly skilled surgeon for bone joint fusions. Thank you for being so kind and providing me the packet for the protocol and procedures and explaining everything so throughly.
Thank you very much Dr. Calaj, for working on my feet. Now I’m pain free,& able to move around a lot better. Plus thank you for listening to my concerns too, that it was a great experience overall.
