I’ve seen Dr. Ross three times. The most recent visit involved an in-office procedure, which I really did not want to do, based on 2 precious experiences with other physicians. Dr. Ross listened to my concerns then patiently explained how he would address each one. The procedure was a *completely* different experience; just as Dr. Ross said it would be.
