My general dentist had me make an appt with this place. I get the appt made for 11:30am. This place calls me the day before the appt to ask if I can come in at 11:15am. Fine. I get there at 10:50 am and fill out the paperwork. Now I’m sitting there for another hour. I get up to ask the receptionist if it’s going to be any longer. She says I don’t know. Flat out. The only positive thing was their bedside manner. The assistant and Dr Parham himself were very kind during my appointments. However, when I initially called to ask if they were in network, I was lied to. The receptionist told me "yes" even though they don't actually take insurance at all and only run your bill through insurance as a "curtesy". I got there, filled out my paperwork and I did sign that I would pay the balance owed at the time of visit. This is 99.99% of the time your copay. I was never informed that a consulta... read more
