Very pleased with Dr. Gaca. He has been my primary provider over 25 years now. I did not hesitate to become a club member when the opportunity was offered. I've had a couple of occasions to need immediate service since joining and have been tended to within 24 hours if not sooner. Dr. Gaca has wonderful sense of humor that I can bounce off easily as we go back and forth during visits. Thanks to Lisa too. She is the perfect office manager as well as any other duties performed. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Gaca for over 20 years now. Years ago it was a primary care practice with a PA & full staff. Affiliated with Metro, but still stand alone. We have seen the doctor dozens of times over the years for general check ups, lab work, diagnostics, medications & more. The doctor is quick, but thorough. His staff is polite & friendly. Doctor Gaca's staff members are terrible. They are dishonest, they are not helpful, and they have tainted his practice. They dropped me as a patient before the deadline because I requested a copy of my medical records. They claimed that it was a contractual release. It was not. That is just one bad experience, but there are many more. That place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
I absolutely love this doctor, his staff, and Pam the physician Assistant has been wonderful. They have been so helpful getting me in on a moments notice for minor health concerns and are wonderful at helping find affordable prescription options. I feel very blessed to have found them!
I have been a patient of Dr. Gaca's for almost 10 years, but going to his office has truly become a disappointment. You can tell that there have been problems with the turnover in his staff. I have to say I honestly miss his old crew. The girls were friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to help in a timely matter. I go there only to see his P.A., Pam Klinkner who is an amazing physician assistant as well as a person who truly cares about your health.
