Very pleased with Dr. Gaca. He has been my primary provider over 25 years now. I did not hesitate to become a club member when the opportunity was offered. I've had a couple of occasions to need immediate service since joining and have been tended to within 24 hours if not sooner. Dr. Gaca has wonderful sense of humor that I can bounce off easily as we go back and forth during visits. Thanks to Lisa too. She is the perfect office manager as well as any other duties performed. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, the one staff member that is a great help is leaving. Like Dr Gaca but if the person answering the phone is rude and not willing to help, I may not go back.............
They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find. The experience was shocking. I went in as a new patient, and filled out all the paperwork. Then on the form I explained that I had hurt my back at work, and needed to visit my family physician. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible.
