Thank you so much to lovely Alison and James at the front of office. My repairs were minor in nature and not super expensive but that didn’t matter as the service was still second to none! The team were very communicative through the whole process. They were kind and understanding and very responsive. The guys who worked on my car in the panel shop did a beautiful job and they gave it a lovely was and polish I think before pick up. I cannot fault Scott. Work was carried out on my Hyundai i30 sedan. The quality of the spray painting is second to none. Fantastic job. In my 47 years of driving and being in the motor trade... these guys take the crown in quality and customer service. It was like stepping back in time to a bygone era. Where customer satisfaction was the name of the game. A couple of things needed attention after I picked up the car; however, nothing was a problem for Scott. His motto is satisfaction guaranteed.
