You went from nice, to non-existent, to angry.You were nice when showing us properties, non-existent once we moved in and realized you had good tenants, then angry when we decided to move out. The main reason we moved out is your lack of communication. My wife could text you about a problem and you would respond when you felt the need to, be it a week later or longer sometimes, or not at all, even if your hands were tied, communication is key.
