The ladies at the front desk were absolutely disrespectful towards my wife when she went back to have her old glasses checked for prescription strength compared to what was originally written. They lied and said they were the same strength and they acted like she didn't know what she was talking about. Funny thing is, the new glasses almost made her sick from wearing them. So who's the liar?
The eye Dr. himself were very nice and helpful. But check your insurance yourself before going in there. I was told my insurance would not cover glasses and contacts. So unless I wanted to pay full price for either glasses or contacts I could choose - which I was willing to pay full prices for the glasses. The lady with dark hair helping with the glasses there seemed like she did not care at all and I just kinda gave up with no service. Dr. Foust was very friendly and professional. The tech that does the eyeglasses part, is the opposite. From picking out my glasses to placing the order to picking up my glasses and having to comeback to get them adjusted, she is very unfriendly! Makes the entire experience uncomfortable. Also, my glasses are still crooked! Will take them somewhere else for another adjustment. SMH
Absolutely amazing experience! They were very pleasant and was able to get me in fast as well. Thank you guys
