They are very personable took my parents in right away.Took their medical insurance. Very gental and aware of their medical conditions.The receptionist was Very friendly talk to us like real people.Clean office talk to my mom and dad like real people not like a patient
I read the reviews and thought he sounded like a great doctor however when called to male an appointment his receptionist was doing 100 things at a time, put me on hold twice, talked about having to help everyone in the waiting room and after 5 minutes of this abruptly said she had to call me back .. I told her maybe I will look for another doctor and she totally agreed ... smh so sad...
Interestingly enough, I went to make an appointment as a NEW patient today and received the same service that a previous review got. Their post was absolutely correct. The receptionist put me on hold, then came back and told me she had to put patients in rooms and it would take a while to get me set up with an appointment if I didn't mind holding for a little while? I chose not to hold and moved on to the next doctor. Dr. DeCebullis may offer the BEST service in the county, but this first impression did not work for me.
From my initial contact with receptionist to my "emergency" visit with Dr Evans - this office is top notch.
