Five stars is not enough! Dr. Bauman is an extraordinary doctor in every way. As a professional dancer, injuries and recoveries are par for the course. Dr. Bauman is not only an extraordinary orthopedic surgeon, he is also a dance medicine specialist. His brilliant understanding of the body is hyper nuanced and unparalleled. I have been waiting for reports from dr. Bauman for also a year now and he as staled this process. I still am not sure why he has, other then he has ties with my employer. But it’s very sketchy.
Dr. Bauman is the only Orthodpedic surgeon many of us at Lincoln Center would ever call! He is truly brilliant. There is nothing he has not seen and repaired/ replaced / worked a miracle on/ when it comes to an injured joint ! He remembers my case clearly, and has performed 3 surgeries for me,-all successful and kept me working without pain !
