The rate given seemed reasonable given the partnership with building mgmt. Their equipment was portable and caused little disturbance to neighboring places, and they dried the carpet in less than two hours.
Dehumidification, complete, efficient.
This visit was more thorough than the last business I tried, they set up industrial fans and dehumidifiers for three days to properly dry up the flooring. They also collected moisture readings daily to make sure progress was being made before removing equipment.
They provided exceptional service during a difficult time. Their experience and attention to detail made a big difference.
I was concerned about the potential for lingering odors after carpet drying, and although they cleaned up effectively, it did take a full day before the smell fully dissipated. Overall, their equipment seemed effective, and they completed the job in around two hours.
