Philis does a phenomenal job! Whenever I show her a picture or an idea she replicate it perfectly, if I show her a color she knows if she has it and exactly where. Not only that Philis is funny, kind and joyful, she makes you feel comfortable while you are there ! And this is a black owned nail salon!
Philips is great! I can’t wait to go back!!
