Wonderful dentist, biggest complaint are the front desk ladies. Extremely lazy and unprofessional. They do not answer phone calls and certainty don't call back. Don't bother calling, you are wasting your time.
RecommendedI have extreme dental anxiety and have to have some scary procedures done. I went to Dr. Gavlak for a second opinion, her and her staff were so kind and reassuring. They made sure I understood all of my options and were very upfront about cost too. They are very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend them.
THE RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY LAZY AND NOT WILLING TO HELP YOU IN A CRUNCH WITH INSURANCE! ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS SEND A LETTER STATING I NEEDED A CROWN BEFORE MY TOOTH WAS ABSESSED AND THEY REFUSED. I EVEN JUST CALLED MY INSURANCE AND THEY WDVISED ME TO DO THIS. GOOD LUCK WITH THIS CREW! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
