I have never been to an office anywhere where the staff is as rude as they are at Philipsburg Family Dentistry. If you are thinking of making an appointment, DON’T!
LOVE the dentist and the assistants. The reception not so welcoming unfortunately.
I had my 10 year old to about 7 appointments here And the latest one was rudness and canny attitudes i got from being 8 mins late. Okay i get it but there was nobody in the waiting room period also no patient in any room cause all three hygentist were lounging back one with her feet propped up. The receptionist told me to hold one to see if the doc would even see her.. i said ok cause we are late how late? All 8 mins... i drive 30 mins to get there...had to pick up my daughter since she missed so much school cause her broken... read more
The appointments ladies and doctors at this office are VERY unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE! The doctor told me she DID NOT CARE what my insurance said to her. More than less she just wanted my money. She refused to send the correct paper work to my insurance! Again she said she didn't care! She didn't care about me why would she care about you? she just wants your money!
