In my 5 year-old LCD TV, Sam correctly diagnosed the malfunctioning part within minutes. I was able to order the part online and install it myself, but it was his diagnosis that has my toddler son back to watching his beloved Thomas DVDs. Thanks, Sam!
Called Sam at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. I thought I knew what the problem was with my Sony Trinitron. Sam confirmed my suspicions over the phone, gave me a quote and said he could be there by 3. He arrived at 3:00 PM, fixed it quickly. Great service all around.
Sam answered my questions on the phone, met me and repaired the same day. I was about to discard the set and it took a $3 part to keep it out of the landfill. Fair and affordable.
He came right to my house, checked the problem--which of course did not happen while he was there. Promised to determine the problem, return the tv the next day. He did so at a fair price. Very pleasant and responsible!
The power supply on my 3 yr old Philips plasma went out and I received a couple broad repair estimates that went from about $250 to over $400. Then I found Sam! He repaired it the very afternoon I brought it in and only charged me $160 - I paid him $180 and I'm still way ahead on the money, time and worry that you will undoubtedly spend more of anywhere else.
After seeing the positive reviews, I gave Sam a call. The previous reviewers weren't wrong! He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my TV. He had the correct part with him, and completed the repair in a matter of minutes at a fair price.
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and got right to work diagnosing and fixing the issue with my TV. Timely and priced right, I would recommend them to anyone.
Amazing company. Sam gave me the best price over everyone I called in Portland and Vancouver. He quoted me for a panel replacement and when he found that he had to replace two he installed the other one free of charge. Who does that? Seriously use this company. He quoted me to look at my TV cheaper than anyone, came to my house for cheaper than anyone else, repaired my TV to a beautiful picture. Thanks Sam!
