My mother has an INR machine through them, she passed 5 weeks ago. I have called 3 times asking for return label starting 3 weeks ago. They won't email it, but I guarantee they are still charging medicare/tricare. If I dont get a label next week, dang thing is going in the trash
After years using the home PT/INR testing services of Lincare and RCS they decided to lock me out of my mobile phone app. The dispute concerns how often I test. Under my doctor's orders I test every two weeks as I have done for five years. Now they tell me since I don't test weekly I can no longer use their services. Find yourself another provider.
This company is impossible to deal with, if you have ANY other options, TAKE THEM!!!!!!!
I needed to get AFib tests done that involved use of a monitor. Drenching night sweats made use of this unit very unlikely to be effective. They sent me another unit that only is really designed for a landline data transmission. Sent me another one, exact same as first one. Called to set it up. Phone number is correct and just gets busy signal, 4 beeps and it drops the call. Website lists a customer service email address. The response?They don't take email due to cyber security risks. How ridiculous.
