My 5 stars are for the maintenance & cleaning staff, not rating for apartment. Our current maintenance is amazing. Both are Spanish speaking with some English.If you use Google translate you can reasonably converse with them. Lacazio (spelling?) Goes above and beyond to make sure your AC or dishwasher ECT is fixed. He will seek the problem out or order new one. Stay until he's sure it works and is fixed , not leaking ECT. I need someone to talk to about the roach infestation here. It’s very nasty. It’s very dirty as a sad place to live. Been here two years, trying to find something else, but this is all I can deal with right now, but like I said, got an infestation of roaches and it’s bad.
Don't even waste your time calling. Very unhelpful. You have to pull the info out of them. You ask is there a waiting list reply:mmm hmm. How long is the wait list time? Reply: I don't know?! Maybe a year? So it a year or could be up to a year. Reply: mmm hmmm.. no additional follow up questions asked or an attempt to even get us to see the property to get on the list. Zero customer service. For being a senior community you would expect very friendly and helpful individuals
