Not dependable. Wore the device around my neck. Took one very bad fall and another resulting in abrasions and bruising and again no one on the device responded as to my well being or if I needed help in getting up or worse, requiring medical assistance. I plan to research the market and see if there is something better than this company.
The call center uses people who can not communicte with older people. The information vital for my moms safety was not correct in her chart and they called the wrong person when she may have needed assistance. Disorganized & using people who can not speak englsh well or understand an elderly woman's speech is just bad care. So last night 4 months after my 1st review, my mom fell and Phillips Life line DID NOT CALL ME OR THE SQUAD !!!!
