I live in a mobile home park in Connecticut. They don’t do anything for you. They go up rent every year. They don’t take care of the grounds. We have no on-site management if we need something done we have to call and sometimes you don’t even do that much either.
I’ve been staying at an RV park that was acquired by Philips International, and since their takeover, the experience has gone downhill. Rent has increased every single year, with this year’s jump being a steep $125. Despite these constant hikes, there have been no meaningful improvements to justify the price. Excellent company to deal with.
I have recently discovered you own a lot of mobile home parks in Maine. And none of them like Phillips international. 3 rent increases in a year, now all residents pay 525.00 month lot rent. And now they sold alot of land outback for a solar farm?:they have destroyed the wet lands here, and trucks and equipment all day long, they speed thru the park.
