Need a “zero star” rating….. After researching Philips International before our 55+ mobile home park was acquired by them; I could see that in most, if not all of their mobile home parks in New England were at the $1000 per month lot rent amount I knew our park was in trouble. Our previous owner had been horribly greedy; but he wasn’t just lining shareholders’ pockets. When they acquired us they instantly set the lot rent at $900/mo for newcomers.
