Tried to reach them numerous times today on their free 1-800 number given for Canadian customers, and after a sometime long wait, as soon as I can speak to someone, the line cuts off. My telephone works perfectly well so the problem rests with them. On their web site, impossible to send a written message. They just don't want to hear about their client. If you like to drink a good coffee, Philips coffee maker is not a good choice, I buy Philips 3300 recently , however the machine is not operating as the specification advertised, the machine were supposed to make a hot coffee with temperature between between 88 and 92 Celsius, which is not happening, and all what you get is warm coffee. beside they have the worst customer service ever, I started my case with them since last November 2025, and all what I got we will let very shortly, and nothing happened. my case # 5203743

Never order/use a PHILIPS product. Ours was broken and not repairable and we were approved for the refund. Refund never received, tv is still sitting here as we haven’t been given the ok to get rid of it and customer service ALWAYS disconnects you! This has been going on for 6 months now!!!

My toothbrush broke under warranty, they said they will ship a new one 25 days later, toothbrush still not sent, contacted them 4 times, no support. Worst customer service I've seen in a loooooong time....
