We had a negative experience with Dr. Phillips office today. I had an appointment for my son. We waited 3 months for this appointment. My son suffers from recurring headaches, and the school has communicated to us that he has fallen for unknown reasons. We drove 2 hours to Ft. Myers from our North Port home. We had difficulty with our GPS on Bass Road taking us to other locations. As a result, we arrived at the Doctors office about 5 minutes late. To our dismay, we were completely denied service
My child has a rare disorder and finding a good doctor has been hard. We met Dr. Philipps during a hospital stay and transferred to him immediately. We have not regretted it. He sees the whole picture and is willing to work with other specialist. It makes a difference for my child's well being and we respect him a great deal. Don't be late for appointments and always arrive 15 minutes for sign in and you won't have any problems. The wait times are not bad.

Dr. Philipps is knowledgeable along with being kind and caring with children. He always responds immediately to any request and he follows up thoroughly
