I have had or been part of 4 events at the hall and every time was thrilled with the venue. Clean and they are very accommodating.
Rented this a few times and was very pleased. Nice people.
They have to make sure they gather all Philippines traditional celebrations in the "Philippine Cultural Center". They have to prioritized Philippine events first in their scheadule than other groups so the site won't be branded as a sell out or eletist.
