I paid for a program with a list of exercises and a very brief description of the lift timing and a Vimeo link to only some of the listed exercises, if they ARE on the page the videos are then titled differently to the listed exercise(s). Mark Philippi is a smart guy who really takes this very seriously. I had some low back pain while deadlifting and I trained with him for 2 hours almost a year ago.
