Can’t really comment on the Dr. himself as I have not been able to see him, but I’ve heard good things. However, website says accepting new clients and lets you request an appointment. I did this & my appointment request got denied, but they sent me like 14 documents to fill out and put a card on file. I completed everything (took a long time) and requested a new appointment. *PLEASE READ* Where do I even begin. Between never receiving calls back & I mean you can call, email, leave messages with the call center you will NEVER get calls back or your prescription filled on time. I have 2 other family members who went to him & had this exact same issue. This went on for over a year & when I finally had enough of being ignored & going over 6 months without my medication. They may have had a tough time returning calls but they are working on it. Dr Sack and his team make up for it with their care and attention. That to me is more important than a call back immediately.
Dr sacks used to be a good place but now they refuse to answer calls. I recently stopped going here and they now erroneously charge my card random charges. I have reported this to medical board of CA and consumer department. They are stealing money with unauthorized transactions for no services. Very unprofessional. They also will not return my calls after making a $400+ charge to my card.
