J Philillip dentisty has rude, unprofessional individuals who run the front desk ,,, if you try and ask any questions about the procedure or payment plan they roll their eyes and act as if they dont have time for you. The medication should be offered to a new client who comes in with swollen gums and a swollen cheek BEFORE oral surgery to clear the infection 1st before operating, this was never offered. Horrible customer service from the ladies at the front desk. Its too much to ask them questions about billing and procedure. Rude and nasty staff, specifically Tiffany that caused doctor to lose business. I do not recommend individuals choose to use this business. As well, they were so fast to try and get money out of me when another business said I should be on antibiotics 1st before doing an extraction and bonegraft. They never offered the ability for me to get antibiotics! Avoid this place!

I felt like I was an animal at a vet clinic. Went in for my initial teeth cleaning after moving to this area. Dr. Was not personal and busy with other things. Waited for 30 minutes to see the doctor. After that, I had to wait in the chair for another 30 mins to find out my dental care plan. So weird, they told me I had a bunch of work needed to be done. We do have record of you. However, I believe you may have been trying to leave a review for a different dental office. I do not have a treatment plan in our records that matches your description. We did not diagnose root canals for you or recommend removing your gold fillings. We actually did fillings for you 6 months ago. The process that is explained is also not the process we follow with new patients.
