I was referred to this clinic for a mouth issue. Dr. Zald was very unprofessional and dismissive. He went right to gaslighting me about a diagnosed issue that my PCP sent me to him for even after I showed clear evidence of it in person and in pictures. When shown the signs and described the symptoms, he then said that this was not his area of expertise while still stating with authority that there was no issue. Dr. Zald is a caring practitioner who listens to your concerns, provides education on complex topics related to ENT, and provides you with the right options. Office staff is friendly and professional.
I went to Dr Zald, an ENT, for severe ear pain after initially going 1.5 years ago for the same issue that never resolved. Dr Zald essentially told me he doesn't know what is going on that 'sometimes body parts are sensitive'. I was given basic prescriptions and told best of luck. If an ENT cannot help diagnose an ear issue or provide any recommendations of next steps I am not sure why they are an ENT. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS doctor for your needs
