I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. But, you also understand that you have to wait, because there is only one Dr. Chan and plenty of women who want to see him. Dr. Chan delivered my first baby and he's the best!
I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I am going to refer everyone I know here.
