The entire staff is extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. My wait time was very short, and Dr. Smith actively listened to my concerns and asked clarifying questions. He made sure that I understood his explanations and gave me options. He is very polite, welcoming and thorough. All of my concerns were heard and addressed to my satisfaction. I am very thankful to have him for a PCP.
During an emergency, Dr. Smith was on call and I am so grateful for his responsiveness to my urgent medical issue and his compassion and advice. Excellent follow-up. He squeezed me in for a quick visit before office hours on a day when they were over-booked because one of the doctors was unexpectedly out, and then called me from home on his day off to check on me. He is interested not only in my physical health, but also in my emotional well being. Highly recommended.
