I had a uti and he knew about it for over a week yet refused to treat me. Embarrassed me in front of his office staff by telling me it was from my vagina when it was the name of the strain but I most certainly had a uti and he refused to treat me!! wonderful doctor very caring
Dr. Serbin, in the last 4 months has done surgery on me twice. Once for prostate surgery and now 3/28/2022 performed a partial nephrectomy on my right kidney, kidney cancer. Over the last few years I've had these 2 surgeries, knee meniscus, Laminectomy ( a very serious surgery ) done by a great neurosurgeon in Texas. Dr. Serbin should never be practicing. He is negligent and directly contributed to my grandfather's death. In great pain, my grandfather went to him for a bladder cancer screening. When Dr. Serbin found cancer in my grandfather, instead of alerting him to this fact, Dr. Serbin went on vacation for a month and told NObody. When my grandfather, who was in great pain finally tried to call Serbin's office he never could contact anyone. My Nephrologist said for me not to have this surgery. But when I told Dr. Serbin he said "Sure it's easy for him to say that. He's not the one who'll be laying in a nursing home because of a stroke. That scared me into having the surgery. During surgery I had a stroke. Dr. Serbin released me in a terrible condition. I've been told by two doctors since then I didn't need the surgery. I lost most of my hearing and have cognitive problems. It ruined my life. I wish I had never gone to hi
my name is teresa greear, And i just want to say that the bed side manner of Dr Serbin is greater than any Doctor i have ever met. He is friendly, courteous, Understanding and caring. He took a very scary situation and made it bearable. He saved my fiancés life. I thank of for bringing him into our lives.
Dr. Serbin is an excellent man and physician. He is a no nonsense, facts based doctor. Exactly what I needed. Totally professional and compassionate, he presented the facts for my cancer, presented the options, and made recommendations. My wife and I trust him completely as he moved quickly to arrest my aggressive cancerous prostrate. His staff are equally professional and compassionate. All are very encouraging. The interaction with the hospital staff was excellent, with mutual respect evident.
Honest, genuine in his care, knowledgeable, incredibly kind, and immensely professional!
