I saw Dr. Philip Seo in October 2016 for a second opinion. I had been diagnosed by a doctor at an outstanding hospital in Cleveland Ohio but only with a broad generalization of my illness and not a specific diagnosis. Dr. Seo provided that specific diagnosis in a short period of time for which I am most grateful. He was able to make a diagnosis that made good common sense which no one else had done.
