The urologist from hell. If there was a way I would give him a minus 3 stars. The worst experience of my life took place in his torture chamber. He used a defective tool to try and remove a stent from my bladder after waiting an extra week to get it out. The pain of inserting it without anesthetic he said the grasper slipped off and he would have to do it again. Instead of getting a new one he used the defective one which slipped off again. The pain of inserting it was unimaginable. Similar to having a hot wire shoved into t... read more
Interrupted me when I was trying to talk about my symptoms. It was a follow up ER appointment and the only thing he did was tell me they could schedule me for imaging. His office failed to put the referral in for more imaging. Their fax machine doesn't always work is what I was told. No one answers the phone. The lady that did call me back hung up on me when I said I didn't understand why more wasn't done at a follow up ER appointment and why the referral wasn't sent in. All around very unprofessional.

He made sweeping diagnoses that were impossible to make given the extraordinary brevity of his exam and his cursory review of my healt... read more
Saw Dr Rosen after being admitted from the ER for a kidney stone. Our interaction (while I was awake) was brief, but I felt like he was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure well.
I took my client in to see Dr.Rossen. We were disappointed with some staff. She basically took us to the room and said you can sit on that table just use the remote to adjust it so he can get on it. Never mind he was in a wheelchair and he out weighs me by 100 pounds. I helped him as good as I could. She came back to remove catheter and she didn’t put a new one on and neither did Dr.Rossen and said see you in a year and left him on the table expecting me to get him off.
