I've been coming here for years great customer service.Dr Sutton and staff very friendly if I can give them a solid 10 I would.
Im very disappointed coming to this place! There is a mean girl working in the front desk, long black hair with huge glasses and kind of big, very unprofessional! I don’t understand if you hate your job, then quit! But don’t be mean to customers.
Been bringing my kids here for years. However when I called today the receptionist said that with medi cal my child could only be seen every 2 years. Which I know. Last seen Feb/2022. Well it's 2024 October. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't see medical patients till maybe mid December?? Guess she didn't want to check calendar to see openings. Very disappointing. Guess I'll start looking for a new office
Dr. Sutton is great at what he does, and he's really good with children, but the girls at the front desk are rude and dishonest. One proceeded to argue with me at the front desk until Dr. Sutton stepped in and corrected the situation.
