The best office ever!! The staff is great and attentive, Laura knows what you WANT. Sarah is the sweetest girl always answering the phone and providing the best answers. Monica is cutting glasses in the back, and when my glasses came in she rushed them for me! If you have ever met the Doctor you know he is the best man ever! I'm not much for leaving reviews but I've been coming to this office for years and I wanna be clear that Michael is a very welcoming hospitable gentleman, and I only wish I could say the same about the rest of his staff. Specifically this very peculiar older receptionist, who either is a germaphobe, no social skills or just plain full of her self because ever since first meeting her, her energy is just very off putting. My wife has been going to this location for years. She has said they've always been friendly. The past two times she has been in there this year to get a new prescription, she has had a bad experience. The new receptionist is apparently Dr. Sutton's daughter, and she has been very rude, and has fat shamed other patients. Also, it sounds like some of the other staff don't know what they're doing, because my wife said her prescription was wrong, and it gave her a migraine, and found out that someone was putting the same pupill... read more
