My wife has been going to this location for years. She has said they've always been friendly. The past two times she has been in there this year to get a new prescription, she has had a bad experience. The new receptionist is apparently Dr. Sutton's daughter, and she has been very rude, and has fat shamed other patients. Also, it sounds like some of the other staff don't know what they're doing, because my wife said her prescription was wrong, and it gave her a migraine, and found out that someone was putting the same pupill... read more
I've been coming here for years great customer service.Dr Sutton and staff very friendly if I can give them a solid 10 I would.
Im very disappointed coming to this place! There is a mean girl working in the front desk, long black hair with huge glasses and kind of big, very unprofessional! I don’t understand if you hate your job, then quit! But don’t be mean to customers.
Been bringing my kids here for years. However when I called today the receptionist said that with medi cal my child could only be seen every 2 years. Which I know. Last seen Feb/2022. Well it's 2024 October. Then proceeded to tell me that they don't see medical patients till maybe mid December?? Guess she didn't want to check calendar to see openings. Very disappointing. Guess I'll start looking for a new office
