Philip Murray House 1 is a good place for senior house living. They provide on site laundry and excellent trash disposal service. The employees are friendly and there are many events and amenities that are offered. I recommend living here. Maintenance and upkeep is excellent and it is a very peaceful place to live. We are only one block away from Broad St. and Stenton / Godfrey Aves. Where it is convenient to find stores and necessary locations such as the US Post office.
