I had Dr. Miller perform a Rhinoplasty and the results aren’t as drastic as I’d thought. The things that I wanted to tweak were tweaked. No one has said anything to me about it. I live on the Upper East Side and it was important for me to find a new Plastic Surgeon other than the ones in this area because everyone looks the same. When I found Dr. Miller and saw that my results are very, very subtle, so subtle that I even went in for a second procedure one time with him. Dr Phillip J Miller & Staff Thank You! My nose was done by a local PS and it was a nightmare! On one side It looked like a flat bridge with a deflated nostril! On the other side I looked like a pig! Face forward was horrendous. Twisted and pulled to one side. I never thought anyone could ever fix this mess! Well Dr Miller not only fixed it he made me look normal again! I wanted my nose to look natural and not very noticeable, and after seeing Dr. Miller’s previous work that he had done, I saw he stayed true to that. I could see the results of rhinoplasty right away and we achieved what I wanted. The main thing is that I wanted was for it to look natural- and that’s the best thing about it. It was a really great overall experience.

Dr. Miller did my Rhinoplasty and Fat Injections under the eyes a month ago. It was a pretty nice experience, I mean I met with Dr. Miller a few times and he addressed my concerns, the staff was pretty helpful. I kept going back and forth as far as what I wanted to get done and they were very accommodating. I cancelled twice and kept rescheduling and it was such a very nice experience.
