HE ONLY TOOK AN HOUR TO CUT MY MOM'S HAIR, MY HAIR, WAX MOST OF MY FACE AND WAX HER. AND IT WAS BAD! It was a bad cut for both my mom and I. As well he gave me a wax under my face that I now regret. I have PCOS and tend to grow a lot of hair on the underside of my face so I asked him to wax it. Philip butchered my hair. I just went in for a trim. He talked me into cutting off 3 inches, which was fine. Several times during the haircut he mentioned that he had a guarantee on all hair services because even hairstylist have an off day. I thought his comments were odd. (He does not stand by his guarantee and refused to refund my money.) My hair was down past the middle of my back yesterday. I now have some hair at the crown only 4 inches long, major gaps, and definitely no blending. A child could have done a better job ... read more
Philip Loren is an excellent stylist. Prices are also reasonable. Salon is very clean.
I have been going to see Philip sense I was a sophomore in highschool. I have sense moved from Alamosa, and there is still no one I trust more with my hair.
Been going here for a few years now & never had a problem. Philip is GREAT, easy to talk to and always professional! Try it out if you're in the neighborhood!
My cut and color is horrible my hair is 2 inches longer on one side and the color well I don't know what the hell he did but deffently wasn't what I asked for. It's streaky and blotchy not worth the money payed. No wonder you have a no refund policy because you would be broke!!
