Dr. Ku is ok, but the office staff and their policies are impossible. I was dropped as a patient because I went a year with out making an appointment. Now I will have to wait 7 months to see Dr. Ku as a new patient. No thanks, he's nothing special.
Never see this doctor. He never warned me when I was prediabetic and I am diabetic now.
My provider for 15+ years. Highly recommend him for your internal medicine needs. Excellent bed side manners, very caring and has been very comforting and helpful doctor. I really enjoy our appointments and is very genuine in explaining improvements to my lifestyle and medical problems. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to and care for fine details that I only mentioned early on.
