I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid $1,000 for representation regarding a car insurance issue and ultimately received little to no meaningful assistance. What frustrates me most is not just the outcome, but the lack of transparency. If this case was not something the firm was equipped to handle effectively, I wish that had been communicated upfront.
