Sweet Relief – So I have no insurance but a friend recommended i still go see this dentist...I had, had some bad experiences in the past but my friend assurred me Dr. Philip was great! He was so right. My teeth were a horrible mess and still are a work in progress but what Dr. Philip has been able to do for me is like night and day with my smile! Expert Dentist – Dr. Jerel Philip does excellent work. I lost some upper back teeth. Dr. Philip made a partial that fits just right. It makes eating a lot easier. He also did a great job on my fillings and crowns. The staff is very friendly. The hygienists do very thorough cleanings. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend Dr Philip.
Do your homework! – I made the mistake of believing what they said about my dental insurance (what it would and wouldn't cover). So imagine my surprise when I opened a hefty bill. It's my fault for not double checking, but don't tell me you know when you really don't. I will never ever ever go back. And I wouldn't recommend anyone going there who doesn't know EXACTLY what procedures, x-rays, and cleanings are covered.
Great dentist – My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Philip for about five years now. The work that he has done has been excellent. I have had no issues. He has been able to repair bad fillings that other dentists have not been able to do. I love going to see him because he is really caring and friendly as is his staff. I have had different types of insurance and that has not influenced his treatment plan.
Insurance Fraud, Lies, and Poor Dental Work – I went here a while ago and was told after my cleaning/examination that I would need one filling and seals put over a bunch of teeth that didn't have cavities but were semi likely to. When I came back to get this done, they explained that I would actually need fillings in all of those teeth which would require a series of many appointments.
