Would give negative star if possible. Made racist comments and when I shared that I was offended, literally hit me on the shoulder and said he didnt mean anything and I shouldnt be offended. No response from the clinic when I complained. Totally irritating as now we have to go out of our area for services as we will NEVER go there again.

I wouldn't even give one star. I've been going here since I was 17, I'm 45 now. Never had a problem till recently. They don't listen., the lady Lynn, is argumentative and should not be in that position. Very unprofessional. I will go elsewhere next time. Dr. Hasler was not very friendly either. Very poor customer service.

He was condescending and arrogant. He swore at me a few times because my mask was not on my nose when he walked in the room while my eyes were dilating. I was alone in the room and my glasses were fogging up so I lowered my mask for a few seconds. Again I was alone in a large room! He was very loud and unprofessional. I'm quite sure his office staff heard every word. I will not return.
