Dr. Frank spent the first 10 minutes of our meeting to challenge my mask-wearing, despite my stated preference to keep mine on to protect my unvaccinated 2-year-old. I understand there are differences of experience and opinion on COVID but for a therapist to call someone irrational and a victim of media influence in the first 5 minutes of meeting them clearly has an agenda, and it isn't about helping the patient. Hard pass.

He constantly talked about his kids and wife. Never once mentioned DBT (which now has helped me tremendously, as I've been diagnosed borderline) or any type of coping skills to help me. He also would want to touch my pregnant belly, which made me uncomfortable, but (and he knew) "no" was not in my vocabulary and I had huge issues setting boundaries. Now he has sent me to collections for 340 dollars. Why should I pay to hear about his family and to be consistantly violated? I don't recall those being listed as the services he... read more
