Pretty poor experience with him on the other side of the table. Gave misleading information about where to place offers to move forward just to gain leverage on other bidders. Then used those offers to manipulate other people’s offers and not letting the original bidder adjust things. Causing us to lose the sale. Nothing illegal was done, but definitely this instance is an epitome of unethical. If you value a higher moral ground in your dealings, I’d look elsewhere.
