The Dental work by Dr. Wu was excellent. However, a couple things that can be improved are: receptionist asked for payment before the work begins; instead of asking the customer if an email receipt is okay, she just said “a receipt will be send to your email”. However, I did not receive the receipt even after 10 hours.
First Timer to this Dentist and was definitely a pleasant experience. Everyone was Super nice and welcoming. Very professional and Helpful. Can't wait to go back.

Cerritos Plaza dentistry is an excellent office. Starting with Dr. Kressmany years ago and now with Dr. Wu I can’t say enough good things about the office and their front office staff and assistants as well.
