Excellent care including follow up with questions regarding treatment
Honestly one of the worst medical experiences I have had in decades. The office staff was wonderful and listened and was kind. The doctor was rude, dismissive, insulting and frankly, cruel. I've loved every other doctor I've ever seen through OCC but this doctor visit was horrendous. He repeatedly questioned the biomechanical process of my injury, questioned my time line of injury and my previous treatment. Doc, was great had pics and explained everything in layman’s terms. The Best!
The staff was friendly and from my referral date to seeing the doctor was less than a week. He was funny and nice. I would highly recommend this office to anyone
